Who is EGG Nutrition for?

Not all approaches to nutrition are the same. Every body is different. Every lifestyle is different. So why would a single diet be expected to work for every body?

Sustainable

My approach to nutrition is to provide a plan where you don't starve yourself, you don't get hungry and you don't bounce back to your old weight as soon as you stop, because my plans are made for the long term.

Individual

Based on a baseline blood test and analysis of both where you are at, and where you want to be, we build a plan that is uniquely yours. It doesn't come from a diet handbook. It's a plan to achieve your best, your way.

High Performance

For those who are performing at an elite level, the average diet isn't going to cut it. You need a whole different approach to nutrition that will fuel your performance goals.

Who else can benefit from my approach to nutrition?

Those who question the prevailing opinions and dogmas around nutrition will appreciate my approach. I question all the old assumptions and base my plans on real information, peer-reviewed research and avoid fads, product-based hyperbole and the nutrition "industrial complex" as much as possible to ensure that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

New research. New information.

The latest research completely turns the old dogma of nutrition on it's head. So many old assumptions about what is "good" and what is "bad" simply don't stand up to the rigour of science. I constantly stay up-to-date with real research to ensure that my clients receive the very best information when it comes to nutrition.

Plans that promote stability

People who have been through "diets" and faddish eating plans before are increasingly becoming tired of the temporary nature of real change in their bodies. Lose weight, gain weight, lose weight again, gain it back and then some! It's a cycle that breaks down confidence. My plans are made for real results that are stable and achievable over the long term.

Questioning the norms

The current World Nutritional Guidelines have been in place for 50 years now. So why are obesity, metabolic syndrome and Type II diabetes increasing at 2500 times the rate it was in 1900? Something is clearly wrong, and my approach to nutrition, with real analysis of your blood so that a custom plan can be forged that is just for you and you alone.
